I revisited Walsh County, a homestead sim, this evening. It’s snowing, windy, and there’s a weather warning posted. There are accumulations of snow in some spots, different weather than when I snapped these photos last week.
There were pheasants near the landing.
The region is inspired by Walsh County, North Dakota. There’s a 30 minute autoreturn. On my first visit there were some friendly, rowdy young adult avatars buzzing around, such as one might find in a similar real life landscape
Now, there’s a layer of thin ice on the water by the big tree. The silly animations for flapping around like a duck are still available, and the geese are still not impressed.
